The Company, its servants or agents shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable or responsible for any accidential happenings or injuries suffered by visitor (fatal or otherwise) or damage to or destruction or loss of any of their property howsoever caused.

All transfers on this website refer to transfers on the main island of Malta (not Gozo and Comino). Transfers in Gozo are explicitly stated.
In a couple of cases where transport cannot reach your accommodation/hotel due to pedestrian zones, traffic regulations or other reasons, the pick up point will be a couple of minutes away by walk.
If you book a transfer, especially for last-minute bookings, the reservation must be individually reviewed. This is because transfers are limited depending on the region of the island. If the availability of the shuttle transfer is not possible, we offer the option to proceed with the booking without the transfer to and from your accommodation (you can then travel independently) or you will receive a full refund.
Changes to the booking are charged with 5,00 Euro per person.
Travel time: The specified travel times (start and end of the tour / excursion / cruise / or other trip) are estimated and might be changing. We assume no liability for damages caused by such changes. Please allow sufficient time for the trip, especially for the end of the trip (for example if you are departing that day).
With your booking on our website and the receipt of the booking confirmaiton / invoice and your payment/deposit you accept the terms and conditions of travelpoint1 UG (hb).
This invoice/enquiry is free of vat according to German law (§ 25 UStG).
All programmes are available depending on Covid-19 restrictions.
